A Pukekohe native, Murdoch-Masila made her NRLW debut with the Broncos in 2021 before spending last season with the Titans.
Prior to that, she spent three seasons playing for St Helens and Warrington in the RFL Women's Super League in the UK.
Last year, the 30-year-old made her debut for the Māori All Stars before earning an international debut for New Zealand and appearing in all four of their World Cup outings.
She joins husband Ben at Dragons for the 2023 season and will be eager to impress from outset and prove herself as a leader of the side’s new-look pack.
