McGrath-West will unfortunately miss the side’s 2024 campaign due to a sternum injury.
A workhorse middle forward, McGrath-West hails from Harden in the South West Slopes region of NSW and got her first taste of rugby league six years ago.
Still just 23, she spent her Tarsha Gale Cup days with the Raiders before making the move up to Sydney to play in the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership for the Bears and eventually earn an NRLW contract with the Red V.
She was rewarded with an NRLW debut in Round 1, 2022 and has grown into an integral part of Jamie Soward’s squad over the past two seasons.
Off the paddock, McGrath-West works with the Dragons Community team helping to create a positive impact on people’s lives within the club’s catchment and beyond.
