St George Illawarra Dragons Director of Rugby League Pathways provides an update on recruitment and retention staffing structures within the Club.
Dragons Recruitment Manager David Warwick recently tendered his resignation in order to take up an opportunity as Head of Recruitment with Wests Tigers.
During his tenure working under Millward, Warwick helped with player recruitment and retention within the Club’s Junior Representative program.
