High Performance Update: Pre-Season 8

St George Illawarra Dragons Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth reflects on the first phase of pre-season training following its conclusion.

The Dragons first-grade pre-season training squad comprised of 36 players who underwent conditioning and training at WIN Stadium, Wollongong.

The Red-and-Whites will have their ranks bolstered for the second phase of the pre-season following the return of quartet Gareth Widdop, Jason Nightingale, Tyson Frizell and Josh Dugan.
