High Performance Update: Round 22

St George Illawarra Dragons High Performance Manager Mark Andrews provides an update on the team's preparation ahead of the fixture against the New Zealand Warriors at Westpac Stadium, Wellington on Saturday.

Andrews provides an injury update on winger Jason Nightingale (ankle) as well as how the High Performance staff prepare the training program for the upcoming 10-day travelling schedule which will see the team training in both Wellington and Brisbane.
