The Illawarra Cutters will travel across the Tasman to face the New Zealand Warriors at Eden Park, Auckland on Saturday.
The stakes will be high with both sides looking to claim their first win of the season after suffering losses in the opening round of the NSW Cup.
The Cutters have kept a similar line up to the one that ran out in the 34-14 loss to Wests Tigers last round.
Cutters five-eighth Sam Duggan will have an opportunity to shine after replacing Sam Williams, the latter named in for the St George Illawarra Dragons.
Additionally, Peni Botiki comes into the starting line-up and Dylan Strickland and Rory O’Brien join the bench.
The Cutters will be hoping to have improved in certain areas, such as their completion rate and kicking game.
These deficiencies were key in their loss to the Wests Tigers last week.
The Cutters will need to contain the Warriors in the middle of the park and lay a strong foundation for an effective kicking game.
They showed last week if they can get in the right field position they have enough talent to score frequently.
