A skilful hooker and lock, Cowan joins the Dragons NRLW squad after a strong year with the Steelers’ Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership side.
After six seasons with the Sharks and year off on maternity duties, the 25-year-old linked up with the Steelers at state level and will look to make her NRLW debut for the Dragons this season.
A Windang Pelicans junior, Cowan will be eager to secure her spot in the Dragons’ new-look forward rotation in 2023.
