NRL statement: Jack de Belin court proceedings

The Federal Court has today set down April 15 for a final hearing of the proceedings brought by Jack de Belin challenging the application to him of the NRL’s no-fault stand-down rule.

In these circumstances, Mr de Belin's application for interlocutory relief and the hearing set down for Thursday, 14 March 2019 will not take place.

In the interim the no-fault stand-down rule will continue to apply to Jack de Belin and he will be stood down during this period.
