St George Illawarra Dragons recruit Josh McCrone caught up with Dragons TV to talk football, interests and pre-season training.

McCrone, 28, who can play as hooker as well as in the halves, was previously released by the Canberra Raiders for the 2016 season and has played 133 NRL games to date.

The Temora Dragons junior was previously with the Penrith Panthers (2008) and is a three-time NSW Country Origin representative (2012-14).
