Kerr returns to the Red V in 2026 on a two-year deal having spent the past two-and-a-half years with the Dolphins.
A Redcliffe Dolphins junior and Queensland Under 20s rep in 2016, Kerr came through Melbourne’s NYC system before linking with the Dragons in 2017 where he developed into a NSW Cup regular.
His NRL debut came in Round 2, 2019 against South Sydney at Jubilee before he went on to make 68 NRL appearances for the club over the course of five seasons.
A proud Quandamooka man, Kerr also made his Indigenous All-Stars debut in 2019 and has gone on to represent them in each of the past seven years.
He earnt a spot in Queensland’s wider squad for the 2020 State of Origin series – and was named 18th Man in Game II – before also spending time with the squad throughout their 2025 series.
The 29-year-old, who is fresh off a year in which he made 21 appearances averaging 84 run metres, is under contract with the Dragons until at least the end of the 2027 season.
