Dragons visit St George Hospital for special celebrations

The Dragons paid a special visit to St George Hospital on Wednesday to help celebrate the hospital's 130-year anniversary.

The celebration also coincided with St George's Day – a key date for both the club and the hospital.

Hame Sele, Kasey Reh, Loko Pasifiki Tonga and Nathan Lawson were on hand alongside the Dragons Community Team.

The crew mingled with the attendees before gifting some Dragons posters, keyrings, and lanyards.

Sele, who grew up in the area and played his football with the Kingsgrove Colts, was excited to be a part of celebrations.

“It's always rewarding to be able to make these visits, especially in our local community,” Sele said.

“As a club, it's something that's really important to us and being able to put smiles on faces is always the goal. Everyone involved was great, and we'll be looking forward to our next visit.”
