St George Illawarra Dragons Assistant Coach Ben Hornby has shared his thoughts on the completed first phase of first-grade pre-season training.
The former Dragons captain oversees the attacking component of the squad’s preparation and believes that the squad has a lot more depth across the ranks.

Hornby has relinquished his additional responsibilities as the Club's National Youth Competition Head Coach ahead of the campaign but is pleased to see several members of the team invited to train with the first-grade team.
