The Illawarra Cutters will host the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at WIN Stadium, Wollongong on Saturday.

After going so close to a victory last weekend against the Penrith Panthers, the Cutters will be hoping to bounce back quickly against their local rivals.

Both teams have named strong sides in the hope of getting the two points with Illawarra fielding a team that consists of plenty of experience in Nathan Green, Geoff Daniela and captain Michael Witt.

For the Sharks, who work in partnership with the Melbourne Storm for their NSW Cup side; they have named players from both squads including Mahe Fonua, Michael Lichaa and Ben Hampton.

The game will be one of the curtain-raisers to the NRL game later that night and both squads will be looking to impress both fans and coaches in attendance.

Also, with both teams being separated by one point on the competition ladder and fighting to keep touch with the top four, it promises to be an exciting encounter.
