A Dapto Canaries junior, Sloan progressed through the club’s pathways system earning an Under 18s Origin nod and helping the Steelers secure an SG Ball title in 2019.
Just 16 days on from his 19th birthday, Sloan made a try-scoring NRL debut against the Raiders at WIN Stadium in Round 15, 2021 and would go on to play five games in his rookie campaign scoring tries in each of them including a double in Round 25 versus the Rabbitohs.
A proud Wiradjuri man, Sloan has represented the Indigenous All Stars twice scoring on both occasions.
Sloan, who has proven a capable fullback and winger, is fresh off a season in which he led the club’s try tally notching 17 in just 20 games.
Now with 79 appearances and 47 tries to his name as a Dragon, the 23-year-old is under contract with the club until at least the end of the 2026 season.
