Best You Can Be Blitz hits Illawarra, South Coast schools

The Dragons today stopped into a collection of schools across the Illawarra as a part of the club's continued Best You Can Be Blitz.

A number of players stopped by Albion Park, Mount Terry, Hayes Park, Minnamurra and Kiama to deliver the program.

Clint Gutherson, Blake Lawrie, Ryan Couchman, Mathew Feagai, Lyhkan King-Togia, Jacob Halangahu, Tyrell Sloan and Josh Kerr were among the club's NRL stars involved in the visits.

The workshops include advice on staying active, learning how to practice tolerance, respect, and inclusiveness, the importance of good sleep, screen time management, hydration and nutrition as well as the important role we play in taking care of the environment.

The students get a chance to meet the players, discuss important health and wellbeing topics, participate in a variety of mini-games and get autographs.
