The annual Charity Shield match between the Dragons and South Sydney returns to Mudgee on Saturday February 18, 2023. The match will be the sixth year Mudgee has hosted the annual pre-season match. The 2022 installment saw the Dragons pick up their first Charity Shield victory in 10 years and return to Mudgee determined to defend the shield.
