RED V TICKETED MEMBERS
As this is a rapidly changing situation, the full impact the restrictions will have on our members and the membership program is currently unknown.
A resolution for members who have missed games due to crowd restrictions will be communicated towards the end of the season when the full impact is known.
We appreciate this is an anxious time for our members and thank you for your patience as we work through this period of waiting to understand how many home games will be affected by relocation to Queensland, as well as any restricted capacities upon returning to Kogarah and Wollongong, should a return home be possible.
TICKETS TO RELOCATED GAMES
The NRL is currently working through the logistics of scheduling all relocated games prior to releasing details regarding ticketing. It is unknown at this stage if and when crowds can attend relocated games.
Please be aware it may take some time to understand if crowds can attend games and if so, to put multiple events on sale. We will communicate ticketing information for relocated games as soon as they are confirmed by the NRL so all members and fans who are able to attend games in the Southeast Queensland region are able to do so.
At this stage, we will not be able to hold any events with the team, including events in Queensland, for the foreseeable future. Please be assured we are working hard on delivering member events once permitted by NRL biosecurity protocols. We thank you for your understanding.
Dragons administrative staff will continue to work from home, meaning offices at St George Leagues Club and Steelers Club are currently closed. If you need to contact us, please email email@example.com or call 1300 DRAGON (1300 372 466).
The Dragons Team Store is still open online and shipping daily. Keep cozy this winter with the latest Classic gear. Head to https://shop.dragons.com.au/
Please be aware the Dragons Team Store located at St George Leagues Club is closed to the public until further notice. If you need to contact the Team Store, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The impact of COVID within our community effects all of us in different ways and it is important we all take care of our physical and mental well-being. We encourage all members to utilise the NRL’s State of Mind tools, resources and partnerships.
On behalf of everyone at the Dragons, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to make the best of these challenging times.
