St George Illawarra coach Paul McGregor has finalised his team ahead of the Dragons' Round 25 clash against the Penrith Panthers at Pepper Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Josh Dugan (discplinary issues) drops out of the Dragons' 17 with Kurt Mann shifting to the centres and Josh McCrone promoted from the interchange to halfback.
Kalifa Faifai Loa will start from the bench and Luciano Leilua is the other player to drop out.
