St George Illawarra Dragons second-rower Tyson Frizell hopes the international experience he gained last season will help make him a better player in 2017.
The Australian Kangaroo helped the green-and-gold win the recent Four Nations Tournament undefeated and established himself on the International stage.
Frizell now brings back a wealth of experience to the pre-season training squad alongside fellow internationals Josh Dugan, Jason Nightingale and Gareth Widdop.
