St George Illawarra Dragons Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth provides an update on the players as they return for phase two of pre-season training.
The Dragons first grade pre-season training squad was bolstered by the return of International quartet Josh Dugan, Tyson Frizell, Gareth Widdop and Jason Nightingale this week.
