The St George Illawarra Dragons were defeated 24-20 by the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at UOW Jubilee Oval, Kogarah on Saturday.

The Young Dragons scored five tries in the loss with Israel Seufale, Joe Lovodua, Dylan Morris, Jack Cross and Cooper Purcell all notching four-pointers.

The fixture saw the home side split into two line-ups who respectively competed for 40-minute intervals.
