St George Illawarra Dragons second-rower Joel Thompson was named recipient of the Dragons Community Involvement Award at the annual end of season Presentation Night on Friday.
The five-time Indigenous All-Star was honoured with his second consecutive award in this category to compliment being named the NRL Community Ken Stephen Medal recipient for his substantial work in the community both with the Club and of his own accord.
