St George Illawarra Dragons National Youth Competition team hooker Ali Allouche admits the team remains humble heading into the fixture against Wests Tigers at ANZ Stadium, Olympic Park on Sunday.

The Young Dragons are presently third on the competition table remain undefeated in their past ten fixtures.

Allouche reveals that the playing group have found confidence in their ability heading into the final seven games of the fixture but are cautious that things could change if they lapse in concentration.

“Wests Tigers are going very well this season so it will be a tough game for us,” said Allouche.

“It’ll no doubt be a battle in the middle which will free up our back to do their thing.

“It was good to get another win and help keep the mini streak alive against the Titans.

“All the boys are feeling confident in their ability but remain humble knowing things could change at any moment.

“It was a tough match-up against the Titans competing set-for-set during that first half and we really had to grind it out to get the runs on the board.

“We have been in similar positions these past few weeks so drew from that and fortunately we got the job done.”
