Dufty, who has previously featured for the NSW U18 team, is keen to compete alongside and against some of the best players at this age-level and looks forward to what lies ahead.
“I feel pretty privileged to be part of the team as its always an honour to picked for your state and this selection was one of the goals I set for the season,” said Dufty.
“It’ll be good to play alongside and against some of the best players at this age level across the country and there’s no doubt it’ll be a great atmosphere.
“The week in camp is good as you get to meet all the players as well as some previous players and legends.
“I would like to get a few games playing for the Illawarra Cutters in the NSW Cup if the chance arose this season but the ultimate dream is to play first-grade.
“I’ll just keep working hard and doing whatever is required of me.”
