The St George Illawarra Dragons April Holiday Active Clinics had over 250 children participating in fun activities in both Wollongong and Kogarah recently.

The children engaged in a range of Rugby League skills in a safe and enjoyable environment with Dragons and NRL Development staff supervising.

Dragons first-grade players were also on hand during the clinics to lend a hand on a variety of skill stations as well as taking some time to sign autographs and pose for a few photos with the luck participants.

“Our Dragons Active Holiday programs have been created to suit all ages and experience levels and provides a fun and active outing for the kids” said Dragons Community Manager Paul Everill.

 

Team sports and group activities during the holiday break provide an important outlet for children to be active and can also help with vital life lessons in personal values, teamwork and relationship building skills.
