The Illawarra Cutters will take part in at least two pre-season fixtures in preparation for the upcoming 2016 NSW Cup competition.
The Cutters first trial will take place against the Illawarra Coal Rugby League All-Stars team at Ziems Park, Corrimal on Friday, February 12.
The inaugural fixture will see the Cutters opposed to local talented players from each team competing in the Illawarra Coal League competition for season 2016.
This trial fixture will no doubt provide a good opportunity for players from both sides to impress their respective coaches and selectors.
The Cutters will then host the Wyong Roos at WIN Stadium, Wollongong on Saturday, February 20.
Furthermore, a possible trial fixture between either the Thirroul Butchers or Dapto Canaries, both from the Illawarra Coal League competition, is tentatively scheduled at a venue to be determined on Friday, March 4.
This possible match will feature players who will not play in the Illawarra Cutters initial 2016 competition match against New Zealand Warriors t WIN Stadium, Wollongong the following day on Saturday 5 March.
