St George Illawarra Dragons Head Coach Paul McGregor discusses his reasons for appointing Tony Ayoub as the Club's new Director of Performance & Medical.
Ayoub was one of several key appointments made by McGregor within the Football Department for the upcoming season following the completion of his post-season review in October.
Ayoub arrives at the Dragons with an extensive resume featuring over 20 years experience in rugby league and joins the Club from the Melbourne Storm.
Ayoub is presently part of the current Australian Kangaroos Medical Team and has previously also worked at the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and Sydney Roosters amongst others.
