St George Illawarra Dragons prop Leeson Ah Mau believes the team are focused at what lies ahead in their ANZAC Day fixture against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium, Moore Park on Saturday.

Ah Mau, 25, notes that the Red-and-Whites are training hard despite the torrential weather conditions and ready to compete against the competition’s premier attacking team.

The Otahuhu Leopards junior is excited to part of such an important fixture and is keen to do his part for the two points.

“We know it is going to be a big crowd and a big game for us,” said Ah Mau.

“We are just working hard at training and working on our plays.

“We are focusing on ourselves and just working hard as a team and as a forward pack too.

“It will be tough. We know what is coming,” said Ah Mau on the Roosters forward pack.

“I am just trying to do my role for the boys and try and take the boys forward a bring a bit of energy.

“I have a job to do this week, and then I’ll focus on whatever happens after that.”
