Since 1915, one day in the year has involved the whole of Australia in solemn ceremonies of remembrance, gratitude and National pride. That day is ANZAC Day.

The traditional ANZAC Cup clash between the St George Illawarra Dragons and Sydney Roosters is one of the most moving and highly anticipated games on the NRL calendar.

This year will be no different and with a large crowd expected, the raw emotion is there for everyone to feel!

The Dragons and the Roosters have played on Anzac Day since 2002, with a record crowd of 40,752 attending the memorable clash in 2013.

After the Dawn Service and Anzac Day March, be at Allianz Stadium to further commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Gallipoli.

The Sydney Live Plaza at Allianz Stadium will have a game of two-up being played from 1.30pm, with food and beverage outlets also in operation.  

It is important to note the in 2015 the ANZAC Cup match is a Roosters home game and as such Red V Membership cards will not allow entry to the match.

A Red V Member pre sale was held in March – Members who still require tickets can purchase via ticketek.com.au or 132 849.

The pre-match ceremony highlights include a Riderless Horse to remember the fallen, Red Berets parachuting into the stadium, delivery of the Anzac Trophy via Helicopter, Australian Army Band, The Ode being read and finally a spine-tingling The Last Post being played.  

Furthermore, just before kick-off, the teams will line up for the National Anthems of Australia and New Zealand.

The commemorative match between the Dragons and Roosters always draws a strong and passionate crowd that make their presence known.

The Dragons Commemorative Jersey will be available for sale in both Adults and Youth sizes along will a full range of ISC and Supporter Gear at the Dragons Merchandise Van, located in-side Gate A at Allianz Stadium from 1.40pm.

Be a part of the 100th anniversary commemoration of Anzac Day at Allianz Stadium with Gates opening at 1:30pm and NRL kick-off at 4.00pm.

Service personnel entry for Anzac Day, current and former service personnel are welcome to attend the game for FREE into any General Admission area under the following guidelines:

• Current Service Personnel in Uniform

• Current Service Personnel with official Defence ID

• Defence Personnel with a Returned from Active Service Badge

• Ex Service Personnel wearing Medals (ex soldiers)

• RSL Members with RSL Badge (returned service men and women)
