St George Illawarra Dragons second-rower Tyson Frizell has been charged with a Grade 5 “High Tackle - Careless” by the NRL Match Review Committee on Monday.

Frizell committed the incident during the 50th minute of the 31-6win over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at ANZ Stadium, Olympic Park on Sunday.

The second-rower can either take an Early Plea, graded at 206 points, or contest the charge but if found Guilty have it graded at 275 points.

The Dragons have until midday Wednesday to make their decision.
