St George Illawarra Dragons National Youth Competition team trio Jacob Host, Hame Sele and Luciano Leilua have all departed to take part in the Australian Schoolboys tour of Europe.
The three local juniors are part of a 24-man travelling squad which will play seven fixtures across both England and France having previously impressed for their respective teams in the 18 Years Championships held in Darwin
Local Renown United junior Jacob Host can play as either a prop or second-rower whilst Hurstville United junior Luciano Leilua and Kingsgrove Colts junior Hame Sele can both play in the forward pack.
All three players were previously re-signed by the Club midway through last season having originally joined the Dragons High Performance Unit in 2010 before later that season going on to play junior representative football.
All were additionally named in the NSW Blues U18 State of Origin team which defeated the Queensland Maroons last campaign.
The Australian Schoolboys tour kicks-off with a game against a Combined Regional Select squad made up from selected players from the three RFL regional academies based in Cumbria, North East and Midlands.
That match is followed by a game against Wigan Academy at Wigan, one against Leeds Academy in Leeds and two academy tests, both in Leigh
The touring party will then travel to France for games against France U19 in Perpignan and against France U18 in Toulouse.
