St George Illawarra Dragons trio Josh Dugan, Tyson Frizell and Trent Merrin have been ruled out of the NSW Country Origin squad on Tuesday.
The trio have been omitted due to minor injuries.
Dugan is suffering a recurring sprained right ankle, Frizell is carrying a slight injury to his left foot and Merrin has a hand injury.
The players will be monitored by Dragons Medical Staff and an update will be provided in the coming days.
