St George Illawarra Dragons second-rower Bronson Harrison admits he is feeling the benefits of the high impact pre-season training program underway at the Red V.

The 25-year-old is additionally positive about new recruits Sam Williams and Joel Thompson, who both hail from Canberra, joining fellow former Raider Josh Dugan at the Red V.

It has been a few tough training sessions recently but we all stuck strong and have been getting through them together, said Harrison.

It has been great to get back and train amongst the boys and get a new start; it has been great.

Ive been able to manage a lot of my injuries and hopefully Ill be ready to go in 2014.

The boys have been good, they are leaders in their own right; they bring a bit of Canberra flavour but they are fitting in well with the team and we have a great squad this year.
