The St George Illawarra Dragons Wheelchair Rugby League team is leading the competition reaching the midway point of the season.
The Dragons, as of the end of round seven, remain the only undefeated team in the competition scoring a massive 317 points for with only 88 points scored against them.
Their free rolling style and solid defence are the corner stones of their success.
All players within the team take great pride in wearing the Dragons colours and are hoping to emulate last years success.
The NSW Wheelchair Rugby League, as part of their continuing efforts to grow the sport, will again be taking a match down to the Wollongong area and are inviting the locals to come and not only see a game of Wheelchair Rugby League but try it as well!
The competition match against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks team will be played at the University of Wollongong Sports Hub on Sunday, January 12 (kick-off 1.30pm) with the come and try session following immediately after the conclusion of the match.
