The Recruitment team identifies and selects players who are capable of meeting these important criteria, as we believe it will help the individual become both a better player, and person.
St George Illawarra has an excellent track record of producing professional players, primarily on the back of the Dragons Academy.
We embed our distinct method into every young talent that we work with.
The goal is to ensure that when that moment arises, players are fully aware of the expectations required to not only survive – but thrive – in an elite environment.
