South Coast Group 7 Rugby League

South Coast Group 7 Rugby League has enjoyed a long and storied history since its formation in April of 1913 when a meeting was held at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Nowra.

The region stretches from Warilla all the way to Ulladulla and has helped produce an array of stars including the likes of Rod Wishart, Shaun Timmins, Matt Cooper and Teagan Berry.

Albion Park-Oak Flats Eagles

Established in 1923, the Eagles have produced the likes of Jason Hooper, Aaron Gorrell & Ella Koster.

Berry-Shoalhaven Heads Magpies

Established in 1914, the Magpies have a rich history spanning over a century with a dozen first grade titles to their name.

Bomaderry Swamp Rats

The Swampies have proudly served the families of the South Coast since their 1926 inception.

Culburra Dolphins

Adam Quinlan & Dylan Farrell are among the names to have hailed from Culburra.

Gerringong Lions

Established in 1914, Gerringong has been home to the likes of Rod Wishart & the Sims family.

Jamberoo Superoos

Established in 1913, Jamberoo have crafted a proud history on the South Coast having won nine first grade premierships.

Kiama Knights

Established in 1914, Kiama was home to Shaun Timmins, Mitch Rein & the Morris twins.

Milton-Ulladulla Bulldogs

Established back in the 1930s, the Milton-Ulladulla Bulldogs are the junior club of Dragons NRLW star Keele Browne.

Nowra Warriors

Established in 1913, the Nowra Warriors were home to Kangaroos great Tony Branson.

Southern Highlands Storm

The Storm were established in 2020 by combining the resources of founding clubs Bowral, Moss Vale & Robertson.

Shellharbour Sharks

Established in 1920, the Shellharbour Sharks have produced internationals Matt Cooper, Luke Bailey & Trent Merrin.

Stingrays of Shellharbour

Established in 1962, the Stingrays have proven a key player in the women's game having produced the likes of Jordyn Preston & Indie Bostock.

Sussex Inlet Panthers

Established in 1992, the Panthers were named the 2019 CRL Grassroots Club of the Year for the Greater Southern Region.

St Georges Basin Dragons

The boys and girls of Dragons proudly don the red and white from their home in Sanctuary Point.

Warilla-Lake South Gorillas

Established in 1965, Warilla was home to 2009 NYC Player of the Year Beau Henry as well as UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski.
