Dragons host Seniors High Tea at Bruce Gordon Centre

The St George Illawarra Dragons today hosted the club's annual High Tea at the Footy event for the first time at the Bruce Gordon Centre.

Over 40 seniors from Blue Haven Bonaira Aged Care Home Kiama, Edgewood Gardens Woonona, and St George Community Transport were on hand for the day.

Those in attendance had the opportunity to listen in on a Q&A with some of the club's NRLW stars, undertake a tour of the Bruce Gordon, and meet and greet the club's NRL squad.

“It’s always such a special day welcoming in some of the seniors from our area,” Keele Browne said.

“It’s an exciting day for them and one that we know they really look forward to. It’s so rewarding for us to meet them all and get to have conversations. Today was another big success and I was proud to be a part of it.”
