The St George Illawarra Dragons will be partnering with the Goanna Academy's Stick With It campaign for the club's 50-50 Charity Raffle in Round 22.
Goanna Academy was created from a simple but powerful belief – no one should suffer alone or in silence.
Founded by Greg Inglis, the Academy uses lived experience, sport and connection to encourage honest conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
As Australia's first Indigenous-owned preventative mental health education organisation, the Academy works alongside schools, communities, and workplaces to create meaningful, lasting change through culturally informed education and support.
The Academy's purpose is to break the stigma around mental health through preventative education, lived experience, and community connection.
As a part of the Stick With It campaign, players wear specially-designed tape which acts as a symbol of hope, resilience, and connection and a reminder to keep talking, keep checking in and keep showing up for one another, even when life gets tough.
We encourage fans to get to WIN Stadium on Friday or, if you're unable to make it, follow this link to show your support.
