In changes from Round 4, David Fale has been named to make his club debut on the wing with Tyrell Sloan reverting to the interchange.
Moses Suli (personal reasons) returns to play centre with Hayden Buchanan (head knock) unavailable, whilst Toby Couchman (head knock) slots into the front row with Blake Lawrie listed on the interchange.
Kyle Flanagan (head knock) is also out with Lyhkan King-Togia coming into the run-on side.
Hamish Stewart has been named in jersey No.13 with Hame Sele on the bench.
Western Suburbs Red Devils junior and Dragons Academy graduate Kade Reed has been named on the extended bench for the first time in his young career as he continues his journey towards a first-grade call-up.
