All players from the wider NRL squad were on hand alongside St George and Illawarra SG Ball and Harold Matthews Cup squads.
It marks the second consecutive year that the University of Wollongong has hosted the session for the club.
The NRL squad kicked things off with a session of their own before the pathways squads joined for an intense conditioning session in warm conditions.
The squads also worked on a number of skills including passing, catching, and tackling under the guidance of the likes of Shane Flanagan, Dean Young, Michael Ennis, Willie Talau and Tom Eisenhuth.
Pathways & Operations Manager Travis Roche played a major part in the organisation of the session and was pleased with the results.
“Any opportunity we get to bring all of our junior rep squads together from both areas is a good time,” Roche said.
It’s really important that we stay connected at both ends and I think the boys take a lot out of it. We’re happy with the progression and we’re heading in the right way.

“It’s good to see where we’re at and to bring them down halfway through the first leg of preseason and integrate some NRL-level conditioning. It’s really important that we stay connected at both ends and I think the boys take a lot out of it. We’re happy with the progression and we’re heading in the right way. It’s very exciting and now the fun begins as we get closer to the season.”
The SG Ball and Harold Matthews Cup squads will continue their preseasons as they prepare for a February season kick-off.
