The Dragons are pleased to announce that Taliah Fuimaono will return to the club on a two-year deal.
The deal will see the 26-year-old join the club she debuted at until at least the end of the 2027 NRLW season.
Fuimaono made her NRLW debut for the Red V in Round 1, 2021 and went on to start at five-eighth in every match of the side’s run towards the Grand Final.
She produced another strong campaign in 2022 en route an international debut with the Jillaroos at the Rugby League World Cup.
She made the move to the Gold Coast the following year earning a State of Origin jersey with NSW.
Fuimaono returns the Dragons boasting a résumé consisting of 29 NRLW appearances, six Tests, five Origin caps and four Indigenous All-Stars selections.
“Bringing Taliah back to the club is big for us,” Head Coach Nathan Cross said.
“She’s accomplished a lot throughout her career and brings with her so many great qualities. She will add so much to our club through her leadership, versatility, and skillset. It’s always exciting when you can sign a player of Taliah’s quality and we’re really happy to be welcoming her back.”
