The Dragons will be without Loko Pasifiki Tonga (knee), Jacob Halangahu (appendix), and Jett Liu (jaw).
Blake Lawrie returns in the front row however with Ryan Hutchinson and Cyrus Stanley-Traill coming onto the interchange.
Ben Murdoch-Masila partners Lawrie in the front row with Nick Tsougranis shifting into the second row and Tyler Peckham-Harris starting in the centres.
