Dragons preparing for New England Community Blitz
The Dragons will next week be making the trip north to New England as the club's Community Blitz wave continues.
Club great Nathan Blacklock will be joined by Dylan Egan and Tom Eisenhuth as the Dragons Community Team delivers their Best You Can Be program to a host of schools across the region.
The program aims to assist teachers in encouraging children to make positive choices around health and wellbeing.
Focus topics within the resource include the importance of being active, tolerance, respect and inclusiveness, the importance of sleep, screen time management, hydration and nutrition.
Starting on Monday, the crew will be making stops at Drummond Memorial Public School, Guyra Central School, St Mary's of Angels, Guyra Primary School, Tingha Public School, Black Mountain Public School and Uralla Central School.
A Come & Try Clinic will also be held at Tingha's Bob Ward Oval on the Monday afternoon before Tuesday's Win The Morning event at Inverell's Victoria Park.
