St George

The Dragons fell to the Wests Tigers 34-10 at Lidcombe Oval on Saturday behind an Evie McGrath hat-trick.
St George opened the scoring just three minutes in through Dayna Stevens who showcased some nice deception to step her way to the line before converting her own try to make it 6-0.
The Wests Tigers responded with a pair of quick tries through Chloe Boston and Joy Levy to take the lead before Shaye Shipton dummied and wrestled her way to the line soon after to put the Dragons back ahead.
Katalina Vave crossed for the hosts just shy of the break to make it 14-10 heading into the intermission.
The clash fell into a stalemate of sorts before the Wests Tigers stormed home to a key win.
In the space of just 10 minutes, McGrath snagged three tries with Taylor Mapusua tallying one of her own to break the contest open and seal it for the home side.
Alofa Schuster took home the Remara Player of the Match for the Red V.

Round 7 -
home Team
Mounties
away Team
Steelers
Venue: Aubrey Keech Reserve, Sydney
The Steelers were back to their winning ways on Saturday taking down Mounties 30-16 in Hinchinbrook.
Illawarra ran out seven-tries-to-three victors but goal-kicking struggles meant that it took a late flurry for the visiting side to secure the competition points.
Georgie Barrett got the Steelers on the board early before Logan Lemusu crafted a response for Mounties.
Ella Churchill, in her competition debut, put the Steelers back ahead 10 minutes shy of the half but a 31st-minute Madyson Tooth try meant that the hosts took a two-point edge into the sheds.
Sophie Curtain found herself on the end of a ricocheted Barrett grubber early in the second half as the back-and-forth nature of the affair persisted.
Jessica Patea crossed soon after to give the Steelers some breathing room entering the final quarter of the match.
Refusing to yield, Lemusu went over for Mounties moments later to cut their deficit back to 18-16 with less than 20 minutes to play.
Debutante Churchill snagged a second an hour in before Patea joined her in the doubles column not long after.
A rampaging Seriah Palepale effort sealed it for the Steelers in the final stages as they continued their strong start to the year.
