BACK AT HOME

The clash marks the squad's first Jubilee Stadium outing since Round 7 last year and the fifth time which they have played at the venue.

Less than two years ago, Teagan Berry joined Mark Gasnier as the only other St George Illawarra player to score four tries in a single match at the historic venue.

Saturday beckons as a huge day for the club with our first home double-header of the season coinciding with Heritage Round.

The club will be celebrating the 15-year anniversary of our NRL 2010 Grand Final victory over the Roosters with a strong contingent of former players on hand for the clash.

DEBUTANTES REMAIN

All three of the side's Round 1 debutantes – Indie Bostock, Trinity Tauaneai, and Pia Tapsell – have retained their spots in the 17.

Bostock stole the show in her introduction to the NRLW scoring two tries, assisting on another, and running for 185 metres with five tackle breaks.

Club debutantes Nita Maynard-Perrin and Ahlivia Ingram also earn shots again in Round 2 after successful openers.

SQUAD EAGER TO BUILD

There is still plenty of work to be done for Nathan Cross' squad after a nice Round 1 win.

Fresh off an NRLW premiership, the Roosters will too be looking to build on a strong Round 1 start.

Saturday marks the Roosters' first trip to Jubilee Stadium with both squads in action in the opening leg of an awaited double-header.
