Dragons extend King-Togia

The Dragons are pleased to confirm that Lyhkan King-Togia has signed a contract extension with the club.

The deal will see the Dalby Devils junior progress into the club’s top 30 squad for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

He will join Loko Pasifiki Tonga and the recently re-signed Jacob Halangahu, as well as recent NRL debutants Dylan Egan and Hamish Stewart, as Dragons Academy graduates in the club’s top 30 next year.

The 19-year-old made his NRL debut in the side’s Round 24 win over the Titans last season, going on to make four NRL appearances with one try.

“Locking down Lyhkan for another couple of seasons is exciting for the club,” Head Coach Shane Flanagan said.

“He got a taste of first grade at the end of last year and has been playing good footy to start this season for our NSW Cup team.

“He’s an exciting young half on the up and we’re looking forward to watching him continue to improve over the coming seasons.”
