A total of 13 men and women from the club's pathways system have been rewarded with selection in June's Under 19s State of Origin fixture.

Hayden Buchanan and Loko Pasifiki Tonga have both been named in the run-on side for Andrew Ryan's Blues with Jacob Halangahu on the interchange.

Pasifiki Tonga and Halangahu each played a key role in the Dragons' drought-breaking SG Ball Cup premiership victory whilst Buchanan scored seven tries in 10 appearances for the Steelers' SG Ball unit.

All three have since made the leap up to Jersey Flegg Cup level with Buchanan earning a Knock-On Effect NSW Cup debut in the side's Round 13 win.

10 players from the Steelers' Tarsha Gale Cup premiership winning squad have been named in NSW's 20-player squad including Indie Bostock, Maria Paseka, Evie McGrath, Kasey Reh, Chelsea Savill, Hope Millard, Charlotte Basham, Ella Koster, Bronte Wilson and Sienna Yeo.

Reh – who was named the Tarsha Gale Cup Player of the Series – partners McGrath in halves with Bostock – the Tarsha Gale Cup Grand Final Player of the Match – starting in the centres.

Paseka, Savill, Millard and Basham have all been named to start with Koster and Wilson on the interchange and Yeo among the reserves.

Both teams will face the Maroons at Leichhardt Oval on Thursday, June 20th.
