NRL Round 6 Preview: Campbelltown the scene for Sunday showdown

The Dragons will meet the Wests Tigers on Sunday, April 14th at Campbelltown Sports Stadium, Leumeah in Round 6 of the 2024 Telstra Premiership.

Dragons No.9 Jacob Liddle is set to make his 100th NRL appearance against the club that he debuted for back in 2016 and spent seven seasons with.

A Wyong Roos junior, Liddle spent two seasons with the Wests Tigers’ under-20s squad before making a try-scoring NRL debut as a teenager in Round 18, 2016.

Several long-term injuries limited the 27-year-old to 73 appearances as a Wests Tiger before linking up with the Red V prior to the 2023 season.

Hame Sele returns for the Dragons and starts alongside Francis Molo - who last week inked a two-year extension with the club - up front.

Tom Eisenhuth has been named to start at lock with Jack de Belin and Blake Lawrie on the interchange. Raymond Faitala-Mariner will start on an edge after Luciano Leilua was ruled out through the week with a calf strain.

For the hosts, John Bateman is unavailable after suffering a head knock in the side's Round 5 loss to the Dolphins.

Brothers Samuela (hamstring) and Latu Fainu (head knock) also join him in the casualty ward.
