The Dragons Knock On Effect Cup squad suffered a 42-12 loss to the Warriors at Ziems Park on Saturday afternoon whilst the Dragons Jersey Flegg side had a final-round bye.

Knock On Effect Cup

The Dragons Knock On Effect Cup side fell to the Warriors 42-12 at Ziems Park in Corrimal in their final outing of 2023.

Former-Dragon Brayden Wiliame got the visitors on the board first before Zach Herring answered to earn the Red V an early lead.

A trio of tries to Kalani Going, Taine Tuaupiki, and Ben Farr in the space of 13 minutes boosted the Warriors to a 20-6 half-time lead.

Wiliame grabbed a second in the early stages of the second half before Treigh Stewart crossed for the Dragons.

Going snared a second before Ronald Volkman and Paul Roache joined the try-scorers party late to seal it for the Warriors.

Jersey Flegg Cup

The Dragons Jersey Flegg Cup outfit enjoyed a final-round bye this weekend after succumbing to the Sea Eagles in their final match of the season last Saturday.
