The St George Illawarra Dragons will face the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Sunday, March 26. This is your Round 4 game guide.

Local derby

It's time to get loud and get proud and we take on our cross-town rivals in a blockbuster local derby on our home turf.

The Dragons are hoping to reclaim the Monty Porter Foundation Memorial Trophy, which has been held in the Shire for five consecutive years.

But despite the Sharks' recent run of luck against the Red V, the ledger remains tied at 10 Monty Porter Cup victories each.

Make sure you're in that moment this Sunday and let's paint Kogarah red and white to remind the Sharks whose house they're in.

Key Timings

Gates Open: 3:45pm
Knock on Effect Cup Dragons v Newtown: 3:55pm
NRL Dragons v Sharks: 6:15pm
Where: Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah
Watch: Kayo and Foxtel

Couchy returns

The Dragons have just one change from round three, with rookie Toby Couchman returning to the bench in place of Michael Molo.

Sharks gun returns

The Sharks received a huge boost with Dally M winner Nicho Hynes returning in the No.7 jersey. That pushes Braydon Trindall to the bench in place of Jack Williams.

Molo 100

He's trampled well over 100 people during his career, and now Francis Molo will finally play in his 100th NRL match this Sunday.

After making his debut for the Broncos in 2014, it took a few seasons before Molo was able to lock down a regular spot in the NRL with a change to the Cowboys proving the catalyst.

In a breakout 2019 season Molo become a consistent name on the Cowboys' team list before he eventually arrived at the Dragons in 2022.

After two games this year Molo is averaging 145 run metres per game (well above his career average) and looks set to continue his rampaging ways on Sunday.
